This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Global Consulting & System Integrator Partnerships based in Canada.
This is a senior strategic partnerships role focused on building and scaling a global consulting and systems integrator ecosystem within the AI and customer experience technology space. You will develop relationships with global and regional systems integrators, turning strategic alliances into measurable pipeline, revenue, and net-new customer growth. The role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, CX transformation, professional services, and ecosystem strategy. You will shape joint go-to-market motions, solution offerings, and partner engagement models while influencing senior stakeholders. Success will require both strategic vision and hands-on commercial execution. You will collaborate closely with sales, professional services, cloud, technology, and reseller teams to maximize partner impact. Regular travel will be required for partner meetings, industry events, and company gatherings.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the global consulting and systems integrator partner strategy, identifying, recruiting, and developing high-value global and regional partners.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline, net-new logo acquisition, and revenue growth by identifying opportunities within partner client portfolios and CX transformation initiatives.
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic partnerships, developing joint business plans with clear revenue targets, success metrics, and accountability.
- Build and scale partner sales enablement programs covering competitive positioning, value selling, customer engagement, and deal support.
- Integrate AI-powered customer service solutions into partner CX and digital transformation practices, creating joint offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Establish effective engagement models and rules of engagement between internal professional services teams and external consulting and SI partners.
- Develop business cases, ROI frameworks, sales materials, and other resources that partners can use in enterprise customer engagements.
- Coordinate cross-functional strategies across sales, professional services, cloud partnerships, technology partnerships, and reseller channels.
- Track partner performance through pipeline contribution, revenue attainment, forecasts, and other business-impact metrics.
- Build long-term executive relationships with strategic partners and enterprise customers while identifying opportunities to expand the ecosystem.
- Represent the organization at partner meetings, industry events, and other strategic engagements, with regular travel as required.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development, including at least 4 years focused specifically on consulting and systems integrator partnerships.
- Proven success building and scaling SI partnership programs across global and regional partners, with measurable impact on revenue and net-new business.
- Strong background in CX transformation, contact center modernization, digital customer service, or related enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed partner-driven revenue and net-new logo targets.
- Experience working with major global consulting firms and systems integrators, as well as regional integration partners.
- Strong enterprise sales experience and a solid understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, customer experience technology, or a closely related technology environment.
- Deep understanding of consulting and SI business models, partner economics, professional services offerings, and CX transformation sales cycles.
- Experience structuring professional services partnerships and defining effective collaboration models between internal and external delivery organizations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders across partner organizations and enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to take ownership of revenue outcomes and proactively identify, develop, and close opportunities through partner channels.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience coordinating strategies across SI, cloud, technology, and reseller ecosystems.
- Excellent relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, performance measurement, and commercial decision-making.
- Willingness to travel regularly for partner meetings, industry events, and company gatherings.
