Join our Global Marketing, Strategy & Portfolio team and shape the commercial success of our Biopharma portfolio.

In this strategic role, you will develop and execute global brand strategies, lead launch readiness across key markets and turn customer and market insights into impactful commercial decisions. You will work across functions and geographies to drive sustainable growth throughout the product lifecycle.

This position can be based in Germany or Spain with regular business travel to Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global commercial and brand strategies for Biopharma products and portfolios
• Lead global brand forums and align cross-functional stakeholders on strategic priorities and key decisions
• Drive launch readiness across key markets, regions and global functions
• Create global marketing and launch plans, including value propositions, positioning, key messages and branding concepts
• Translate customer, market and competitive insights into data-driven strategic decisions and commercial initiatives
• Shape integrated product strategies covering the patient journey, go-to-market approach, clinical and regulatory input, market access, pricing and supply
• Define forecasts and budgets, monitor global brand performance and initiate corrective actions where required
• Develop lifecycle and differentiation strategies that enhance the experience of patients, healthcare professionals and payors
• Partner with Country and Regional teams to strengthen launch execution and product or portfolio performance
• Communicate strategic opportunities, risks and mitigation plans clearly and effectively to senior leadership

Your Qualifications:

• University degree in Science, Business or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
• Minimum seven years of experience in commercialization or marketing, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biosimilars, FMCG or a related industry
• Strong experience in global product strategy, strategic marketing, brand management or product management
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional and international initiatives in a matrix organization
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, lifecycle management, forecasting, market insights and launch excellence
• Excellent understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics and global market environments
• Fluent English and strong executive-level communication skills; German and/or French would be an advantage
• Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to translate insights and conceptual ideas into actionable strategies
• Confident stakeholder manager, results-driven and accountable approach
