As a Director, Global Benefits at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing our global employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the needs of our diverse workforce. You will support the Vice President of Global Benefits in the refinement of our existing global benefits strategy and support the execution of this strategy. You will have day-to-day responsibility to manage many of our vendor relationships within Honeywell Aerospace including Health & Insurance and retirement benefits, including defined benefit programs globally.
You will report directly to our VP of Global Benefits and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule (at least three days per week in office).
