• Responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of firmware verification, validation, and product test across Data Center SSD products.
• Lead Firmware Product and Test Team for Data Center Team in India working closely with global FPT
• Establish validation strategy, execution plan, metrics
• Drives product quality from architecture through development to production release by overseeing firmware test development, validation infrastructure, automation frameworks, failure analysis and qualification readiness.
• Highly collaborative, working with cross functional and cross geography teams
• Own end-to-end firmware verification strategy across enterprise SSD products.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for NVMe, security, management, reliability, performance, and customer features.
• Lead validation planning from requirements through qualification and release.
• Drive adoption of white-box, gray-box, and black-box testing methodologies.
• Ensure alignment between architecture, firmware design, and validation requirements.
• 15+ years in firmware, storage, validation, or product test engineering.
• Drive excution excellence with Artificial Intelligence, leveraging tool and capabilities for end to end workflows
