Job Description

An effective Director of Franchise Finance for Argentina & Uruguay excels in formulating and implementing a robust financial strategy across the Zone, aimed at fostering Top line growth and enhanced Returns, alongside nurturing talent development. This role is critical for establishing a standardized financial operational strategy in a zone characterized by their complexity and volatility.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Partner with Operational Franchise VP and Zone CFO to support activities at the Franchise Unit level, to drive zone growth. Generate alignment across multiple stakeholders and the key insights needed to reach that growth and strategic priorities.

  • Provide holistic understanding of business performance within the Franchise

  • Lead the financial function for the zone (KO P&L performance, System Economics, benchmarking, RGM & Price strategy, top line growth scenarios, productivity initiatives, etc), risk assessments, and resource allocation recommendations.

  • Lead finance matters with bottling system representatives, generating the right conditions and incentives that support and drive growth (LTRMs, incentives, cooperative plans, etc) along with commercial teams.

  • Support the development of the next generation of finance leaders, especially the finance managers within the team.

Qualification & Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience

  • >10 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance roles

  • Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels

Work Focus

  • Role model the “Leadership in the Network” definition

  • Provide holistic understanding of business performance inside the Franchise,

  • Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to collaborating across Franchise/Zone/OU

  • Deliver core financial strategies, practices and solutions, to grow business profitability in a sustainable way

Communication Focus

  • This role is responsible for partnering internally as well as externally to effectively drive financial outcomes, as well as to build alignment on key initiatives and metrics, with a focus on communication to:

    • Zone Leadership team

    • Bottlers management

    • Marketing leadership at the Zone / Franchise

    • OU finance leadership and teams (planning, resource allocation, customers and commercial fin ops)

    • Other OU teams under network organization (Customer and Commercial Leadership, Stills, Maketing teams)

    • Other Key Regional Stakeholders (customers, JVs, suppliers etc)
