We are seeking a Director, Commercial FP&A to join our Finance organization. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide commercial analytics, including price-volume-mix (PVM) analysis, pricing effectiveness, customer and product profitability, and revenue performance insights. This individual will partner closely with Commercial, Pricing, Business Unit, and Executive Leadership teams to help drive strategic decision-making and profitable growth across the organization.

Work Location: Remote

Travel: Approximately 10-15% travel as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and lead the enterprise-wide Price, Volume, and Mix (PVM) methodology and reporting process across all business units.
  • Analyze and explain revenue and margin performance through pricing, volume, customer, product, and mix analytics.
  • Partner with the Pricing team to track price actions from approval through realization, identifying pricing opportunities, leakage, and performance trends.
  • Develop customer and product profitability analyses to support pricing decisions, contract renewals, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Support executive leadership, Board, lender, and operating review presentations by translating complex analytics into actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Finance leaders to improve revenue growth, margin performance, and pricing effectiveness.
  • Lead analyses related to customer attrition, account performance, share of wallet, and commercial trends.
  • Partner with BI and Data teams to enhance reporting capabilities through Power BI and enterprise data platforms.
  • Help build and develop a scalable commercial finance capability while mentoring and developing future finance talent.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Revenue Analytics, Pricing Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading commercial finance or revenue analytics within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environment.
  • Deep understanding of Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis, pricing strategy, profitability analytics, and revenue performance management.
  • Experience partnering with Commercial, Sales, Pricing, and Executive Leadership teams to drive business decisions.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to work from large transactional datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI; DAX and modern analytics platforms are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Packaging, paper, plastics, or related manufacturing industry experience preferred.
