WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the senior product line leader for Footwear Local Creation in Greater China, you will set the portfolio vision and operating direction for locally relevant footwear across Nike and Jordan, NSW and Performance. You will connect enterprise and brand strategies with sharp local consumer insight, establish priorities across multiple product lines, and lead the team through key planning and creation decisions. You are an enterprise-minded leader who can simplify complexity, make clear choices, and inspire teams and senior stakeholders around a compelling product vision.

We are looking for a footwear product leader who combines a deep understanding of Greater China consumers with strong product intuition, commercial judgment, and a passion for sport and culture. You will help turn local consumer insights into compelling footwear concepts and assortments that strengthen the Nike Brand and serve the marketplace with speed and specificity.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Set the multi-season vision, strategy, and portfolio priorities for Footwear Local Creation GC, translating consumer, marketplace, sport, and cultural insights into clear product opportunities.
• Lead product line management across Nike, Jordan, and Performance, ensuring distinct brand expression while driving a connected local creation portfolio.
• Guide seasonal and long-range line planning, including franchise strategy, product architecture, pricing, lifecycle, cost and margin considerations, and marketplace segmentation.
• Create alignment at critical checkpoints with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Marketplace, and global product teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing product line management team, setting clear outcomes, coaching talent, and creating an inclusive and innovative environment with strong accountability.
• Represent the GC Local Creation footwear portfolio in senior leadership forums and communicate strategies, opportunities, risks, and decisions with clarity.
• Champion faster, consumer-led ways of working while maintaining product excellence, operational discipline, and accurate product information.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will lead the Footwear Product Line Management, Local Creation GC team and partner closely with Footwear Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Marketplace, Finance, and global product teams. You will work with footwear leaders across Nike, Jordan, and Performance to connect GC consumer needs with product and business strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in footwear product management, merchandising, product creation, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers and/or senior product professionals and building high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Strong record of setting portfolio strategy and translating consumer and marketplace insights into commercially relevant product plans.
• Deep understanding of footwear creation, product lifecycle management, franchise management, and line planning.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen, including experience balancing growth, cost, margin, speed, and execution risk.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; Chinese language capability is strongly preferred.
