Job Description

Basic Purpose: Oversee the operational management for FCE department （Including Food Equipment, Non food compounds and chemicals, Electrical safety and Energy efficiency, Food contact matericals）to be responsible for P& L such as AOP setting, monthly review to meet revenue and margin targets , client retention, and strategic goals of the business development are properly implemented.

主要目的：负责食品接触评估部门的整体运营管理，包括食品设备、非食品化合物及化学品、电气安全与能效、食品接触材料，以确保部门的业务发展方向实现业务增长目标、管理财物报表包括设定部门收入和利润指标并保证完成财务数字，月度总结报告，客户保留和战略目标得到满足。

Principal Accountabilities:

主要职责：

1. Assure that the department meets all corporate and program requirements and targets for accreditation(s), customer service, turnaround times, production and annual budget.

   确保部门符合所有公司和项目的要求和目标，包括认证、客户服务、周转时间、生产和年度预算。

2. Responsible for monthly finance P & L and business update, ensure achieve finance revenue & margin budget and control cost.

   负责每月财务和业务数据的更新管理，确保达到财务收入和利润率预算的目标并有效地控制成本。

3. Responsible for working with PMs and BDMs to support the department’s business development activities.

   负责支持客户经理和业务发展经理的业务开发活动。

4. Manage team operation , optimize workflow, and arrange the skills training.

   负责团队运营管理，优化工作流程，并安排相应的技能培训。

5. Manage and evaluate the timeliness and quality of BU lead and technical team.

   管理及考评业务部门经理和技术团队的工作时效及工作质量。

6. Participate in exhibitions and industry conferences, market research, assist to expand brand influence and support new customer development.

   参加展会及行业会议，市场调研，协助拓展品牌影响力，支持新客户开发。

7. Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategies focused on business growth. Maintain good relationship with clients and lead the team to explore more opportunities and develop new business.

积极地负责协助制定和实施以业务增长为重点的战略。与客户保持良好的关系并领导团队寻找新的业务机会

并开发新业务。

8. Work closely with other support teams such as auditor team, scheduling team, operation team etc to support daily operations and to assure priority alignment between relational and transactional teams.

   与其他支持团队紧密合作特别是审核团队，排单团队和运营团队等，支持日常工作并确保和相关团队之间的协调并保持团队和谐。

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

   领导分配的其他任务。

Required Qualifications:

任职要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food, Chemistry, mechanics, Electrical engineering, or related field.

食品，化学，机械工程、电气工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. Knowledge of NSF standards, GMP, HACCP or quality systems and similar management experience.

了解NSF 标准、GMP 、HACCP 或有相关的质量体系，有同类管理的经验。

3. At least 15 years working experience in food, chemical, engineering, certification or related third-party testing and certification field.

至少15 年的食品、化学、机械、认证或相关第三方检测认证领域的工作经验。

4. Good communication skills in English and mandarin (written and oral).

能用英语和普通话进行良好沟通的能力（书面和口语）。

5. Good capability of management and high sense of responsibility Work excellence, high professional ethics.

   良好的业务管理能力和高度的工作责任感。工作精益求精，具有较高职业操守。

6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills

优秀的人际沟通能力。

7. Willing and able to travel frequently.

愿意并能够频繁出差。

8. Good PC skills, such as Word 、Excel 、PowerPoint 、Outlook etc.
