As a Food & Beverage Director, you’re not just providing strategic direction for all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the Food & Beverage strategy aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
  • Position the hotel as a leading dining and events destination within the market.
  • Drive innovation in concepts, menus, guest experiences, and revenue opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Events teams to maximize business performance.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Oversee daily operations across restaurants, bars, beach club, banquet facilities, executive lounge, breakfast operations, and room service.

  • Ensure seamless execution of high-volume conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, and social functions.

Define F&B operational strategy: Provide leadership direction for the Food & Beverage department to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing

Drive operational excellence: Plan and oversee the administrative and operational functions of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Manage costs and revenue: Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs while driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives and service enhancements

Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs

Ensure regulatory excellence: Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading and managing large teams.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury or upper-upscale hotels.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages will be highly valued.
