About you

Your extensive experience in hands‑on senior financial management within large, complex organisations equips you to lead enterprise‑wide financial sustainability programs, with accountability for tangible savings, cost control and performance outcomes across diverse portfolios.

You bring a proven ability to lead and navigate constructive conflict, confidently challenging assumptions and decisions, and engaging in robust, evidence‑based discussions with senior leaders to drive cost reductions, reprioritisation and sustainable financial reform.

Operating at a very senior, strategic level, you are comfortable influencing Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries and Executive Directors in politically and commercially sensitive environments, balancing long‑term reform with the realities of delivery, public accountability and operational risk.

Recognised as a strategic yet pragmatic finance leader, you translate complex financial, operational and investment information into clear choices and decisive action, bringing discipline, structure and momentum to a highly complex and high‑profile organisation delivering one of the largest infrastructure and service portfolios in the country.
