Flex-Tek, a division of Smiths, is a global manufacturing organization serving critical markets including aerospace, construction, thermal, and industrial applications.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance Shared Services to design, implement, and lead a high-performing Finance Shared Services Centre. This role will be responsible for establishing standardized processes, robust controls, service delivery frameworks, and performance metrics across core finance operations.
Reporting to the CFO, this individual plays an integral role in a fast‑growing organization that is actively evolving its shared services model to support ongoing expansion, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will build the shared services operating model from the ground up, recruit and develop the team, oversee systems and process transformation initiatives, support ERP implementation and ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and efficient finance services to the business.
