Job Profile Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Sales to join Financial Markets in Taiwan, reporting directly to the Head of Financial Markets. The role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key large corporates and multinational clients, originating new business opportunities and driving sustainable revenue growth and wallet share.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is expected to understand clients’ treasury, funding and hedging needs and provide relevant solutions across FX, derivatives and other Financial Markets products.

  • Promote the bank’s investment and hedging solutions to Taiwan-based corporate clients.
  • Originate new client relationships while expanding and deepening existing client coverage.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the local regulatory framework and deliver compliant, tailored solutions to clients.
  • Partner closely with product specialists and global teams to deliver integrated cross-border solutions.
  • Ensure business continuity and high service standards by supporting and backing up team members when required.
  • Proactively identify client needs and translate them into revenue-generating opportunities while maintaining prudent risk awareness.

What we're looking for:

The role requires strong commercial ownership, solid product knowledge, proven client coverage and revenue generation experience, and the ability to independently engage with senior client stakeholders while working closely with Trading, Structuring, RMs and other internal partners.

  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant banking experience, ideally in corporate sales.
  • Solid product and market knowledge across investment and hedging instruments, with hands-on trade execution experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio, while staying current with market developments and industry trends.
  • Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders, both externally and internally.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute beyond individual coverage.
