Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will work closely with senior business leaders to help drive strategic decision-making through financial analysis, planning, and business partnership. Our team operates within a broader Asset Management Finance organization with a specific focus on the High Income and Alts, Asset Allocation, and Digital Asset Management business divisions. Using your financial expertise, you will deliver actionable insights to help divisions better understand business performance, find opportunities, and make informed decisions that support growth and operational excellence. You will have the opportunity to influence some of the firm's most exciting and constantly evolving product areas, including Private Credit, Liquid Alternatives, and Digital Assets.
While our team directly supports the 3 divisions outlined above, we are part of a larger line finance group with adjacent teams that perform similar functions for different Asset Management divisions. Our smaller team works collaboratively with one another while working with other groups across various initiatives and programs.
The divisions that we support are at the forefront of the investment frontier with continuous product development in emerging asset classes including cryptocurrency and alternatives. This results in a dynamic work environment with opportunities to learn new business concepts while also gaining exposure to senior leadership.
