Your Team, Your Impact
The Director, Finance will be a key member of the FP&A leadership team and a strong strategic business partner to leaders across Sales, Human Resources, Legal, and Finance. Reporting to the VP, Finance, this role will provide financial leadership, planning, forecasting, and decision support to improve business performance, optimize resource allocation, and support the company’s strategic priorities.
This leader will partner closely with functional executives to provide actionable financial insights, evaluate investments and tradeoffs, and support informed decision-making. Strong business partnership is a critical component of the role, requiring close collaboration with leaders across the organization to align financial plans with business objectives and drive better outcomes. A key aspect of the role is supporting Sales through analysis tied to revenue performance, including design wins, go-to-market investments, sales productivity, and growth initiatives. The role will also support Human Resources, Legal, and Finance through disciplined planning, expense management, and resource allocation.
In addition, the Director, Finance will lead and develop a team of financial analysts, building a high-performing organization with strong analytical capabilities, accountability, and a business-partnering mindset.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial and business acumen, executive presence, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders in a complex, global environment. This person must be both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and build trusted partnerships across the business.

What We're Looking For
B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
15+ years of related experience, including 8+ years leading FP&A teams in a complex, global environment
Strong finance business partnering experience supporting senior leaders and corporate functions
Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and business analysis
Experience supporting Sales organizations, including analysis related to revenue drivers, design wins, and growth investments
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing financial analysts
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
Semiconductor industry experience and strong business acumen preferred
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
188,300 - 278,610, $ per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
