Director, Field Reimbursement / Director, Reimbursement & Market Access

My client is a commercial-stage medtech company scaling a novel therapy across the U.S. They are adding a Director, Field Reimbursement / Market Access to build and lead a field team that clears access barriers so patients can get the treatment they need.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and mentor a field reimbursement team on compliant billing, coding, and payment
  • Build tools, training, and reporting that track claim activity and improve patient access
  • Resolve hospital and physician coverage and payment issues end to end
  • Engage chargemaster, finance, compliance, and contracting stakeholders; present to C-suite and physicians

About you

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • You know Category III CPT codes, capital equipment reimbursement, and revenue cycle management cold
  • You have led a field team and driven cross-functional accountability
  • You thrive in a fast-moving startup
  • Oncology reimbursement experience is a plus
