As our Director, Federal Government Affairs, you'll lead our federal advocacy strategy, build influential relationships across Washington, DC, and help shape the policy environment that supports innovation and patient access.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an accomplished federal government affairs leader with deep Capitol Hill and healthcare policy experience. You'll develop and execute Novocure's federal government affairs strategy, partner with executive leadership on engagement with policymakers, oversee the company's Political Action Committee (PAC), and represent Novocure before Congress, federal agencies, and key healthcare organizations.

The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $180,000 - $230,000/yr. This position is also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
