What this job involves:

  • Responsible for planning, operations and maintenance service delivery

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets and savings

  • Strategic planning of company events

  • Provide the leadership to the Facility Management team

  • Responsible for consultation and collaboration with Line Managers / internal users

  • Ensuring stakeholders satisfaction through excellent facilities management planning, advice and support

  • Conduct facilities management operations audits

  • Compile the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting where applicable

  • Communicate operating philosophy, objectives and expectations to the onsite facilities management teams

  • Advise and support site operation team across a range of facilities management issues including:

  • Share best practices with the assigned owner of best practices

  • To conduct regular contractor meeting and review suppliers performance

  • Attend Emergency situation and prepare incident report

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • Bachelor's qualifications or above in property, building engineering, facilities management or related subject.

  • 10 years or more relevant working experience

  • Experience in Facilities Management is required

  • Be Customer Service focus and able to generate innovative strategy

  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders and demands

  • Possess sound knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements

  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives and saving mindset highly desirable

  • Ability to manage multiple key stakeholders at once

  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must
