  • Lead end-to-end facilities service delivery across the store portfolio, integrating Store Support Center and field teams through common standards, processes, training, and technology.
  • Establish preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs that improve asset reliability, store conditions, and speed of response.
  • Set service-level expectations and lead escalation and exception management for critical or high-impact store issues.
  • Partner with Real Estate, Store Operations, Construction, Procurement, Finance, Risk, and other functions to coordinate priorities and resolve cross-functional issues.

  • Develop talent and succession plans and foster a responsive, service-oriented, safety-focused culture.

Financial and Asset Stewardship

  • Develop and manage facilities operating budgets and forecasts; monitor spending, explain variances, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain service quality.
  • Use asset condition, work-order, cost, and risk data to prioritize maintenance, repair, replacement, and capital recommendations.
  • Provide leadership with clear reporting on financial performance, asset risk, service trends, and investment needs.

Vendor and Contract Management

  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to develop sourcing strategies, scopes of work, service levels, and vendor selection criteria.
  • Lead vendor performance management through scorecards, business reviews, corrective action plans, contract compliance, and relationship governance.
  • Evaluate service coverage, capacity, quality, risk, and total cost when selecting or recommending vendors for maintenance, repairs, and capital work.

Performance Improvement and Risk Management

  • Establish key performance indicators for responsiveness, completion, quality, cost, preventive maintenance, customer satisfaction, and vendor performance.
  • Implement management systems that capture, prioritize, route, and resolve high volumes of field requests; use performance data to identify root causes and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure facilities programs and work practices comply with applicable laws, codes, safety requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Support emergency response, business continuity, and recovery activities affecting stores and facilities.
  • Stay current on facilities management practices, technology, market conditions, and industry trends; translate relevant insights into practical improvements.
  • Perform other duties consistent with the scope and level of the position.

Position Requirements
