WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
Your scope spans four interconnected domains: relationship management, operational delivery, systems and business intelligence, and team leadership.
Vendor & Stakeholder Relationships
Own operational management of suppliers, C2C vendors, and third-party relationships — including clients, candidates, sourcing consultants, and shared services
Facilitate supplier briefings and manage vendors through the full recruitment cycle
Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor managers and key stakeholders
EOR, AOR & Operational Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of EOR and AOR services across MSP and CMO business units, including design, deployment, and maintenance of applicable delivery models and procedures
Develop and maintain an onshore and offshore service delivery model to support client partnerships at scale
Deliver against contractual SLAs, maintain an appropriate demand plan, and operate across multiple clients, contracts, and sectors simultaneously
Create delivery models for pre-identified workers and subcontracted arrangements within niche client environments
Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate to the Client Operations Director
Systems, BI & Compliance
Use management information proactively — articulate market intelligence, identify seasonal patterns, and manage MI pack delivery to SLAs
Research, deploy, and maintain the available tech stack for efficiency and scalability across all service lines
Own worker classification services and reasonable risk mitigation across U.S. and Canada jurisdictions
Lead supply chain evaluation including scoring, additions, and removals; own contract development, negotiation, enforcement, and audit delivery
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, manage, and coach onshore and offshore teams — setting clear expectations, running KPI reviews, and managing performance appraisals
Ensure proper education and training on IC compliance laws and jurisdictional guidelines across team members
Retain and develop talent through succession planning, coaching, and recognition; source and induct new hires aligned with Hays values
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience
Direct, hands-on experience with U.S. and Canada worker classification laws, IC compliance guidelines, and misclassification risk — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have
Background in contingent workforce operations, EOR/AOR delivery, or MSP program management across multi-client environments
Track record of building and leading high-performing onshore and offshore teams, including contract governance and issue resolution
Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen; able to operate independently across complex, ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills — confident at C-suite level
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills with clear project management follow-through
Adaptable, agile, and solutions-oriented under pressure; solid grounding in employment law and business ethics
WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN
We off a base salary range of 100K-125K plus 20% bonus
