Job Description

If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.

You're passionate about public service and ready to lead a team of professionals, share your expertise and guide decision-making to help shape the future of our State.

In this role, you'll:

Be part of the Group Technology leadership team, leading the planning, prioritisation and optimisation of EQUIP (SAP) applications across the enterprise. You will translate business demand into clear priorities, high-value initiatives and integrated roadmaps aligned to strategic outcomes, shaping investment decisions, business cases and future-ready solutions.

Connect business strategy, operations and technology across EQUIP (SAP) domains. Working with stakeholders and architecture and delivery partners, you will shape future initiatives, embed consistent planning and governance, and ensure proposals are value-driven, feasible and aligned to architectural integrity and long-term sustainability.

Be responsible for managing the Operational Managed Services (OMS) partner BAU support function, providing strategic and operational oversight of third-party support teams to ensure delivery quality and business responsiveness meet agreed standards. You will support partner governance and performance, lead escalation resolution, and work collaboratively with Service Delivery and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, ensuring BAU operations run efficiently and do not impede strategic delivery.

Work closely with other EQUIP (SAP) leaders to ensure a seamless transition from strategic intent to delivery execution, enabling initiatives to be clearly defined and handed over to progress through solution design and implementation.

Drive continuous improvement across the SAP lifecycle, using operational insights, architectural governance and cross-functional collaboration to inform future design decisions, improve consistency and optimise outcomes for business stakeholders and Transport for NSW.

This is a permanent fulltime role | Home office Macquarie Park with hybrid work arrangements.
