By leveraging advanced security systems, dedicated guarding forces, and risk management and compliance frameworks, CSRM supports the entirety of Google Data Centers (GDC), enabling Google Cloud to reach a broader audience and inspire user trust.
As the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Construction, you will define and execute the global outlook, strategy, and governance for health, safety, and environmental compliance across Google’s worldwide data center construction portfolio. Leading a high-impact organization of regional managers and program leads across the globe, you will drive our organizational commitment toward "Zero Harm". Serving as a strategic executive partner across Technical Infrastructure, Google Data Centers, and external General Contractor ecosystems, you will embed proactive safety cultures, ensure global legal and regulatory compliance, establish lifecycle risk-management frameworks, and implement innovative safety-in-transition programs at hyperscale.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $256000 - $356000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits
