AsaDirector, Enterprise Marketing, you willlead theexecution of Avid’s B2B marketingplans globally, with a focus onAccount Based Marketing / Experience (ABM/ABX), email marketing, and eventmanagement, partnering withthe broader marketing team as well assales,customer success, and channel partnerteams. You willbe responsible forensuringmarketing is helpingtoretainand grow existing and new customer relationshipsbydelivering high quality leads,leveragingintent signals toexpand buying committees, influencing pipeline, and acceleratingclosed/won deals
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Executecomprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's businessobjectivesand drive revenuegrowth.
Collaborate closely with the sales,customer success, and channel partnerteamsto ensure marketing strategies supportretention and growthgoals, including the development of joint initiatives and integrated campaigns.
Oversee field marketing efforts to ensure regional strategies are effectively executed and tailored to local markets and target segments.
Lead the development and execution of ABMABXtouchpointstrategies to target high-value accounts and segments, driving relevant marketing efforts that result in increased engagement and conversions to expand buying committees within existing accounts andidentifynet new logo opportunities.
Develop andmaintaineffective email marketing strategies that support customer engagement and growth goals.
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, build a performance-driven team culture, and provide regular reporting and analytics to the executive team.

Expansion of channel marketing strategies to retain existing channel partners and grow channel revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years ina leadershipwithin a SaaS organization.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Demonstrated experience in aligning marketing initiatives withsales objectivesto achieve company goals.
Proven ability to be a change agent, influencing salesand other stakeholders to adopt modern marketingstrategies and practices.
Strong background in developing and executing successful Account-Based Marketing Experience (ABM/ABX)strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiencesand build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Demonstratedleadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
Strong analytical capabilities to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity withmarketing automation tools and CRMS,specificallySalesforce.com, 6sense, and Marketo
Ability to workremotelywith occasional travel.

Pay Range $112,796 - $169,194 CAD
Pay Range $127,720 - $191,580 USD
The salary range shown reflects the company's good faith full target range for this position at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, education, and business needs. While the full range is posted for transparency, offers are typically made within the lower to middle portion of the range.
