The Director - Enterprise Communications provides leadership for the company’s digital communications ecosystem, external communications channels, corporate narrative, and reputation-building capabilities. This role leads the development and execution of integrated communications strategies across the company’s intranet, websites, social media, media relations, paid media, and other owned, earned and shared channels to advance business priorities, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned with brand standards, regulatory requirements and enterprise governance expectations.
As a communications leader, the successful candidate will advise and influence senior leaders on high-visibility communications while leading enterprise capabilities for issues management, crisis and emergency communications readiness, media engagement, executive and leader social media, escalation protocols, response playbooks, and core corporate content. This role requires strong judgment, business acumen, storytelling, governance, stakeholder management and team leadership skills to navigate complex internal and external dynamics and deliver communications that build understanding, alignment and confidence in the company’s strategy, priorities and Core Values.
This role is part of the Communications organization and will report to the Vice President of Culture & Communications. This position can be based in Findlay, OH; Houston, TX; or San Antonio, TX.
