How you will contribute:

Process Ownership & Governance

  • Own end-to-end execution, governance, and continuous improvement of EBP in the US Market
  • Facilitate the EBP Governance Steering Committee, ensuring alignment and accountability across senior stakeholders
  • Manage the EBP Knowledge Center, including all process documentation, playbooks, and training materials

Technology & Innovation

  • Drive the integration of EBP with next-generation technologies including the o9 Advanced Planning System, SAP S/4HANA ERP, and emerging AI/ML capabilities
  • Partner with IT and digital teams to ensure planning tools evolve in lockstep with process maturity

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Influence senior leaders across functions to adopt S&OE/IBP industry best practices by defining clear processes, ownership, and ways of working
  • Collaborate closely with the Demand Planning CoE and Supply Planning CoE to ensure EBP strategy is embedded in planner "day-in-the-life" workflows
  • Champion healthy, data-driven debates on process best practices — resolving conflict toward winning outcomes

Strategic Impact

  • Relentlessly benchmark and advance EBP toward industry-leading maturity, enabling a sustainable competitive advantage for the Mondelēz supply chain
  • Translate complex planning concepts into clear, actionable roadmaps for diverse audiences

This role will manage one direct report and will report to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Demand Planning / EBP.

What you will bring:

Required Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, or related supply chain disciplines — ideally within FMCG/CPG
  • Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives involving major supply chain structure, process, or system transformations
  • People leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise in planning process design, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional influencing skills — ability to drive decisions through data, insights, and storytelling
  • Strategic agility — proactively identifies and manages key issues, criteria, and trade-offs across functions
  • High personal maturity and executive presence to partner effectively with senior cross-functional leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to navigate complex, detailed process architectures

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS (CSCP, CPIM) or IBF certification
  • Experience with o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, or comparable advanced planning platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies applied to planning process improvement

Education

Master's degree is prefered. Bachelors degree is required.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
In
