Enterprise Architecture & ERP Strategy
• Own enterprise architecture strategy and governance for Supply Technologies' S/4HANA and supporting application landscape, including warehouse management, EDI/integration, and distribution systems.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of RISE with SAP, Clean Core, and Fit-to-Standard principles to keep the ERP core upgradeable and free of unmanaged custom code across a multi-site, multi-country footprint.
• Build and maintain business capability maps and an application portfolio inventory, shifting the organization from reactive system requests to proactive, governed technology investment.
• Define the enterprise integration architecture connecting ERP, WMS, EDI, and point-of-use logistics systems across 70+ distribution centers in North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Build on the organization's successful S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation to plan and execute Rest-of-World (RoW) rollout phases — sequencing markets, sites, and scope decisions against clear business-outcome and budget guardrails rather than a one-size-fits-all template.
SI & Vendor Governance
• Direct systems integrator and implementation partner performance across concurrent ERP and infrastructure programs, holding SI partners accountable to architecture standards, timeline, and cost commitments — not the reverse.
• Establish and chair an Architecture Review Board / Change Control Board with clear decision rights for new technology, integration, and custom-development requests.
• Lead vendor selection, contract structuring, and SOW governance for major technology investments, in partnership with Procurement and Finance.
Application Managed Services (AMS)
• Own AMS strategy and governance for the live S/4HANA landscape — service levels, ticket/incident triage, enhancement intake, and change-request prioritization — ensuring managed-services delivery (in-house or SI-provided) stays aligned to Clean Core and architecture standards rather than accumulating unmanaged technical debt.
• Set and monitor AMS KPIs (SLA adherence, ticket aging, defect leakage, enhancement backlog) and hold internal and partner AMS teams accountable to them.
Business & Executive Advisory
• Advise the CIO, CFO, and business unit leaders on technology investment priorities — translating what is technically possible into what is worth funding, grounded in supply chain and distribution business outcomes.
• Build board-ready business cases and value cases for ERP modernization, distribution automation, and AI/GenAI adoption, with clear ROI, risk, and compliance framing.
• Partner with Operations and Distribution leadership on the technology roadmap supporting new facility launches, including the recently announced flagship distribution center.
AI & Innovation Governance
• Establish a business-outcome-first governance framework (build-vs-buy-vs-adopt, ROI thresholds, risk guardrails) for evaluating GenAI, agentic AI, and conversational-ERP capabilities such as SAP Joule.
• Identify and prioritize AI-enabled automation opportunities in supply planning, inventory management, and customer fulfillment that deliver measurable operational benefit.
Team & Organizational Leadership
• Build, mentor, and scale an enterprise architecture and ERP governance team, establishing delivery standards, architecture discipline, and career-development frameworks.
• Act as a change agent for transformatio
