Description:
Gray Media is seeking an experienced IT leader to assume long-term ownership of the organization's Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and OCI platforms following go-live. This role is responsible for production support, service management, enhancement planning, and ongoing innovation to ensure stable operations and continuous business improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise application leadership and will serve as the primary internal owner of these platforms, managing internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable service, strong governance, and continuous business value.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Own the ongoing strategy, support model, and operational performance for ERP, EPM, and OCI environments after go-live.
• Lead day-to-day application maintenance, incident management, problem resolution, service requests, and production support.
• Establish and manage a sustainable post-go-live operating model, including roles, governance, escalation paths, SLAs, and vendor support structures.
• Serve as the primary IT partner to Finance and business stakeholders for platform stability, enhancements, and roadmap prioritization.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across enterprise platforms, identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve reporting, strengthen controls, and increase user adoption.
• Oversee release planning, patching, regression testing, environment management, and change control across ERP, EPM, and OCI.
• Manage third-party providers, AMS partners, and Oracle-related vendors to ensure quality support and cost-effective service delivery.
• Lead issue triage and resolution for integrations, data flows, security/access, performance, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Ensure strong platform governance across security, compliance, audit readiness, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Partner with architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to maintain a scalable and secure cloud platform foundation.
• Build and develop an internal team responsible for application support, administration, vendor management, and enhancement delivery.
• Define and track KPIs for service quality, backlog management, system availability, incident trends, enhancement throughput, and business satisfaction.
• Support planning cycles, financial close processes, forecasting, and other critical business events dependent on ERP/EPM platform performance.
• Own transition from implementation to steady-state support, including knowledge transfer, documentation, support readiness, and hypercare exit.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership of enterprise applications or business platforms.
• 5+ years of experience supporting or leading Oracle ERP / EPM / cloud platform environments in production.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Proven success leading post-implementation support, application operations, and continuous improvement for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Experience establishing support models, governance structures, service management processes, and vendor management practices.
• Strong understanding of integrations, security/access controls, release management, testing, and environment strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with Finance, Accounting, Planning, and IT stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both executive leaders and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading transition from implementation partner ownership to in-house IT ownership.
• Knowledge of ITIL, service management, incident/problem/change management disciplines.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, cloud operations, and enhancement backlog prioritization.
• Exposure to finance transformation, planning, and budgeting processes, close optimization, or enterprise reporting.
• Prior experience in a multi-vendor or managed services environment.
• PMP, ITIL, Oracle certifications, or relevant cloud certifications preferred.
