Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, modernization, and execution of our core enterprise systems. This is a highly impactful leadership role responsible for overseeing critical back-office and corporate applications as we transition from legacy mainframe systems to modern, scalable platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology landscape—driving system integration, supporting business-critical applications, and building high-performing teams to support enterprise platforms across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the modernization of enterprise applications, including migration from legacy systems to modern platforms
  • Oversee key systems such as Oracle ERP, Demand Forecasting and Replenishment applications (e.g., Relex), and pPricing applications (e.g., Revionics)
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing application teams
  • Partner closely with business leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Merchandising, and Sales
  • Act as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and value delivery
  • Establish best practices for application governance, scalability, and performance
  • Support data Analytics, Visualization and Reporting capabilities (e.g., Tableau)

Success Factors: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing enterprise application teams
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred; SAP or equivalent required)
  • Demonstrated success in business relationship management—partnering with senior stakeholders across functions
  • Experience leading or supporting system modernization or transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle ERPenvironments
  • Familiarity with Salesforceand/or Revionics
  • Experience with Relex
  • Experience with Tableauor similar data visualization tools
  • Background in retail or large-scale enterprise environments
