We are seeking a Director, Engineering Development to lead software engineering teams focused on enterprise software delivery, platform scalability, technical excellence, and strong execution. This is an onsite leadership role based in Overland Park, KS.
This role is ideal for an engineering leader who grew up through software development, technical leadership, or architecture and brings credibility with engineering teams because they understand how modern software is designed, built, shipped, and supported.
The right leader will bring a strong development foundation, the ability to guide architecture and delivery decisions, and experience working with distributed teams, including teams in India. This leader will balance technical depth with people leadership, delivery discipline, and cross-functional partnership.
Success in this role means becoming a trusted engineering leader who can turn strategy into practical execution. You will help teams deliver scalable technology solutions, strengthen engineering discipline, and continue building a high-performing engineering culture.
You will be known for strong technical credibility, clear operating discipline, people leadership, and the ability to partner across the organization to deliver technology that supports clients, providers, and communities.
