
Cotiviti is looking for a Director of Engineering within our payment Integrity and audit recovery business. In this role you will lead, direct, and manage the day-to-day operations of software engineers and data analysts. You will work closely with business leaders, enterprise data management, engineering and IT. You will manage all the operational aspects of the audit tool implementations and data analytics to ensure business and project objectives are met. You will provide administrative, technical, and people leadership for multiple, diverse, and geographically distributed teams. You are responsible for providing feedback to the team and individuals on their performance. You will coach and guide teams to enable future success.

Base compensation ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
