The UK & Ireland Engagement Management team sits within Workday's Delivery organization, and we're the team that turns Workday's cloud solutions into real results for our customers. We deploy Workday's portfolio of solutions across enterprise customers throughout the UK and Ireland, and we're proud of the diverse mix of backgrounds and experience that our people bring to that work.
We put people first.
That shows up in flexible work schedules, in the support we give people to grow toward the career they want, and in a genuine commitment to work-life balance and equal opportunity for everyone on the team. We also believe in learning together: our culture is built around continuous improvement, and we encourage every team member to develop their skills and become the best version of their professional self.
As Director, Engagement Management, you will lead a team of Engagement Managers who deploy Workday solutions and own the success of the customers in their portfolio. This role exists to make sure our customers get outstanding outcomes from their Workday implementation, and that the people delivering those implementations have what they need to do their best work. Increasingly, this includes helping customers understand and adopt AI capabilities within Workday, and making sure your team knows how to bring an AI-informed point of view into every engagement.
You will partner closely with other teams across the services organisation to shape a great customer experience, and work with sales teams to help grow business with both new and existing customers. You'll report into the EMEA Professional Services leadership team and be part of the regional Delivery Leadership Team.
Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
