WhatYou’llBe Doing

As a Director, Engagement & Communications of Infrastructure & Modernization’s(I&M)Operations Support Services(OSS)team, reporting to the Senior Director, OSS,you'lljoin a team of professionals dedicated to turning business strategy into action through clear and purposeful communication. In this role,you'lllead a team thatfocuson various communications and engagement initiatives that educate and inform the broad and diverse I&M team, in addition to our partnersin the CAOacrossCIBC.

Youand your team will work closely withI&M’smost senior leadership teamleadingthe development and execution ofallengagement andcommunicationsinitiatives, includingSVP/EVPlevel town halls and leader sessions,videosand otherstrategic asksas needed toeffectively tell the story of our business to ourleaders, teams and partners This role is an excellent opportunity toshowcaseyour creativityandwork with leaders of all levelsacross I&M andwith SBU and Functional Group partners

Who You Are
