About the Role

This is a high-profile senior Coverage Banking role within Wholesale Banking Australia & New Zealand (RANZ), designed for a driven individual who wants to help build something new,[is?]ambitious and strategically critical for the bank. You will play a leading role inestablishingand scaling Rabobank’s Energy Transition franchise, managing and growing a portfolio of complex clients while originating and executing landmark transactions across core lending, project finance, sustainablefinanceand structured solutions.

Working in close partnership with the Head of Energy Transition Coverage, you will help shape and deliver Rabobank’s Energy Transition strategy in the region,leveragingour global balance sheet, deep sectorexpertiseand international network. This role offers significant autonomy,visibilityand influence, combining senior client relationship ownership with hands-on origination and execution. Key Responsibilities

• Originate,developand manage a portfolio of high-value Energy Transition clientsincludingorigination of new client relationships

• Drive new business origination and cross-sell opportunities across:

• Core and structured lending

• Project finance

• Sustainable finance solutions

• Risk management and working capital products

• Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including credit submissions, approvals, legalprocessesand documentation

• Develop and deliver client strategies in collaboration with product partners and global coverage teams

• Act as the senior relationship lead for clients, engaging confidently with CEOs, CFOs,Treasurersand sponsors

• Lead complex sustainability and Energy Transition discussions, articulating Rabobank’s sustainabilitystrategyand tailored client solutions

• Identifyand originate syndicated and club transactions with acceptable credit metrics and returns

• Actively manage portfolio risk, client concentration andreturnoutcomes

• Represent Rabobank externally as a trusted, knowledge-driven partner and organise client engagement events

• Leverage Rabobank’s global network to share best practices,structuresand client solutions

• Demonstrate strong leadership of deal teams and “one team” collaboration across Wholesale Banking

About You

You are a driven, commercially astute senior banker with deep Energy Transition sector experience and a strong originationtrack record

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance,Economicsor a related discipline

• 10+ years’ experience in Corporate or Institutional Banking

• Proven experience in the renewable energyEnergy Transition sector

• Strong background in structured and corporate lending, including credit, legal and compliance aspects

• Demonstrated success in originating and executing complex transactions

• Experience presenting and negotiating debt solutions at CEO, CFO and Treasurer level

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand Energy Transition markets and key stakeholders

• Strong knowledge of debt products, marketconditionsand sustainable finance solutions

• Excellent credit analysis and transaction structuring capability

• Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgement

• Highly effective communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
