This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Director, Emerging Commercial Capabilities you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. You will report to the Vice President, Pricing and Inventory and lead strategy and opportunity assessment to define commercial capabilities necessary to advance emerging growth brands, regions, and partnerships.

Work with teams including Brand, Commercial, Regional Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, among others, to understand the commercial need and requirements, and manage relative priorities.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
Build and manage a prioritized roadmap to close critical capability gaps for growth areas of the business, balancing the enterprise needs across the teams above.
