The US ELIQUIS Healthcare Professional and Hospital Marketing Team is responsible for identifying and applying deep HCP insights to deliver our clinical and market leadership value proposition to healthcare professional customers. ELIQUIS is a leader in the development and promotion of a robust body of clinical and real-world evidence across the NVAF and VTE indications to key HCP customers.
The Director, HCP Marketing, will play a leading role on the U.S. ELIQUIS Team, serving as Indication Lead for the brand’s leading indication (NVAF), which comprises ~70% of TRx. This individual should have strong healthcare professional marketing experience, including generating and applying insights, developing, and delivering high impact promotional materials (including those with real world evidence) and building/enhancing customer segments. Additionally, this individual should demonstrate a strong track record of partnering well with Review Committees, analytics, and cross channel partners (i.e. payer, patient), as well as managing HCP creative agencies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITES
NVAF Marketing lead -- optimize core NVAF promotion
Lead Retail HCP Promotional Campaign strategy and development
Identify, commercialize new NVAF data and relevant guidelines
Build and evolve retail and NVAF strategy through advanced analytics, research, targeting
Lead patient subpopulation evaluation & opportunity assessment
Improve NVAF Rx adherence
Inform NVAF specific content development for POA
Identify and recommend novel ways to increase awareness of DOAC benefits in underserved communities via HCPs
Serve as POC for retail CV Field Force
Serve as CV STEM executional optimization brand lead
Evolve HCP commercial strategy short term and in peri-LOE phase
Optimize and innovate field force digital sales tools via the E-Source digital sales presentation platform
Pull through NVAF market expansion strategies to the field force
Serve as Dynamic Targeting and Dynamic Content (AI initiatives) brand lead
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, Master’s degree with 7+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 5+ years of sales and/or marketing pharmaceutical experience
Demonstrated expertise and success in leading the development & execution of strategic/ tactical/measurement plans
Strong business acumen, problem solving, judgment & collaboration skills
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to uncover and apply insights
Demonstrated focus on advancing health equity through HCP activation
Ability to engage and influence cross-functional team members across an alliance, even without direct reporting relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage advertising and/or other agencies
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities

PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS
MBA or MPH preferred
Strong knowledge and track record of success in HCP Marketing preferred
4+ years pharma marketing experience preferred

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
