Location: Connecticut – Multiple locations. Your home base can be the location closest to you with travel throughout our locations in CT. Locations include Norwalk, New London, New Haven, Bridgeport & Waterbury.
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday with evenings and weekends as needed
Salary: CRJ generally hires within the starting portion of the posted pay range. The offer considers relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

CRJ is seeking a Director of Domestic Violence Programs to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our Family Violence Education Program (FVEP), Explore, and Evolve programs across multiple locations.
The Director is responsible for the administration, coordination, quality assurance, compliance, staffing, and performance of all domestic violence programs. This position works closely with the Assistant Director and program leadership team to ensure effective service delivery, staff development, contractual compliance, and positive client outcomes. The Director serves as a key liaison with courts, probation and parole departments, family relations personnel, CSSD representatives, and other referral sources while overseeing program operations and continuous improvement efforts.
