
Director – Digital & Technical Architecture
The Digital & Technical Architecture Director will lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade digital solutions across the Americas.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role with a strong focus on solution architecture and execution, ensuring digital initiatives are built on integrated, resilient, and future-ready technology foundations.
Own End-to-End Architecture & Delivery
Lead solution architecture from concept → design → build → deployment → scale
Define architecture blueprints, standards, and design patterns
Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions
Partner with business and transformation leaders to understand use cases and requirements
Convert requirements into clear, actionable architecture designs and implementation roadmaps
Build & Scale Digital Platforms
Drive development of enterprise platforms across data & analytics, integration (APIs, middleware) and digital manufacturing / shop floor systems
Promote platform-based solutions over fragmented point solutions
Enable AI, Analytics & Automation
Architect systems to support advanced analytics, AI/ML use cases, workflow automation
Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, and integrated into operations
Ensure Creation and Adoption of AI in Division
Modernize Technology Landscape
Lead initiatives to simplify legacy systems. improve interoperability, and balance innovation with stability of core business systems
Governance & Standards
Establish and enforce, architecture governance and review processes, technology standards and best practices
Ensure consistency across regions, plants, and functions
Vendor & Technology Leadership
Evaluate and select technologies and platforms, as wells as system integrators and partners
Ensure partners meet architecture standards and delivery expectations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required
• 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, designing and delivering scalable, integrated solutions
• Track record of end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment and scale
• Experience in technology-enabled transformation across enterprise environments, simplifying legacy systems and enabling modern architectures
• Knowledge of data architecture, pipelines, and analytics enablement , Especially Snowflake and Azure Data factory
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial systems (e.g., ERP, JDE, MES, integration) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through technology initiatives
• English proficiency required
