strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our

Key responsibilities in your new role

You are an inspiring business leader with a passion for procurement. You foster an environment of high performance and successful cooperation, both in your team as well as between suppliers and Infineon. You can communicate the direction of Infineon successfully, translate the strategy into ambitious goals and deliver upon these goals together with your team and with suppliers. You know what excellent digital procurement looks like and are an early adopter of digital solutions yourself. You challenge constructively. You are structured, enjoy developing concepts with global impact and want to bring them to life. In addition to that, you weigh up opportunities and risks carefully and make decisions. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s/MBA (or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years in Digital Procurement/Supply Chain, digital transformation, Process Excellence, consulting, or technology-enabled transformation with exposure to global/regional operating models; semiconductor knowledge is a plus.
• Strong project management experience leading worldwide cross-functional teams (certification a plus).
• Proven digital mindset with implementation track record in innovative/digital solutions and AI solutions
