We are seeking a Director ofDigitalOperations to architect and lead the transformation of Auris’s marketing organization into an AI-enabled, automation-driven revenue engine.
This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, and data. You will own the systems, workflows, integrations, and reporting that power our go-to-market motion, while introducing modern, AI-supported ways of working that improve speed, precision, and performance across the funnel.
This is not a traditional marketing operations role focused only on campaign setup or reporting. It is a transformation leadership role responsible for evolving how marketingoperates You will redesign workflows, implement AI-enabled automation, strengthen data infrastructure, and ensure marketing activity translates into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
You willoperateas both architect and builder: defining the future state of our marketing operations and leading the organization toward it.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Systems & Infrastructure Leadership
Own and evolve the marketing and revenue systems that power Auris’s growth across HubSpot, Salesforce, and connected platforms
Design scalable system architecture that supports high-volume SMB demand generation and lifecycle marketing
Ensure seamless data flow across marketing, sales, and analytics environments
Establish governance, documentation, and data standards across all marketing and revenue systems
Partner closely with Sales Ops andRevOpsto align lifecycle stages, lead definitions, pipeline reporting, and attribution,SMB Demand Generation & Paid Media
Marketing Transformation & AI Enablement
Serve as a change agent helping transition the marketing organization to a more automated, AI-supported operating model
Identifyand implement AI-enabled workflows that improve campaign execution, targeting, reporting, and operational efficiency
Introduce automation and AI tools that reduce manual work and increase team productivity
Evaluate emerging AI and data tools pragmatically based on measurable business impact
Establish best practices for AI usage, workflow design, and data governance across the marketing team
Partner with Growth and Content teams to embed AI into day-to-day marketing execution
Train and enable team members to adopt new tools, workflows, and operating methods
Continuously improve how marketing plans, executes, measures, and scales programs
HubSpot & Marketing Automation Ownership
Own HubSpot end-to-end including workflows, segmentation, lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, and integrations
Build andoptimizenurture, lifecycle, and triggered communication programs
Ensureaccuratelead routing, enrichment, and qualification workflows
Maintainhigh standardsfor data hygiene, contact governance, and attribution accuracy
Support campaign execution and reporting through scalable automation and workflow design
Data, Analytics & Revenue Intelligence
Build andmaintainreporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Develop dashboards across HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools (Power BI, Snowflake, Looker, etc.)
Deliver actionable insights on funnel performance, lead quality, CAC, and campaign effectiveness
Ensureaccurateattribution and conversion tracking across all channels
Analyze behavioral and web data toidentifyopportunities for improved conversion and engagement
Translate complex data into clear recommendations for marketing and leadership
Integration & Technical Operations
Oversee integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Snowflake, BI tools, enrichment platforms, and AI tools
Manage API and middleware integrations (native integrations, Zapier,Workato, etc.)
Partner with internal data or engineering teams where needed tomaintainclean architecture
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of all marketing and revenue systems
Collaboration & Operational Leadership
Act as the operational backbone of the marketing organization
Partner with Growth Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership on forecasting and performance reporting
Translate business needs into scalable technical and operational solutions
Establish operating cadence for reporting, testing, and optimization
Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to marketing execution and performance measurement
Build and lead marketing operations capabilities over time
What Are We Looking for in this Role?
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Systems leadership
Deepexpertisewith HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms
Strong experience integrating and managing Salesforce or similar CRM environments
Demonstrated experience building scalable marketing and revenue infrastructure
Experience implementing automation and AI-enabled workflows across marketing or revenue operations
Proven ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue through reporting and analytics
Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, funnel analysis, and performance measurement
Experience driving operational or technology transformation within a marketing organization
Ability tooperateboth strategically and hands-on in systems, data, and workflow design
Strong communicator capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SMB SaaS, fintech, payroll, HR tech, or other recurring-revenue environments
Experience supporting high-volume demand generation and paid media teams
Familiarity with modern AI and enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, enrichment platforms, AI workflow tools, etc.)
Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, Looker, or modern BI stacks
Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments
Background supporting multi-location or partner-driven go-to-market models
