About the Role

As Director, Digital Enterprise Offering, you will lead the desig and delivery of digital solutions that empower our enterprise customers. Your work will directly influence how businesses interact with our services, helping them achieve their goals through technology. This is a role for someone who thrives on creating value for customers, understands the evolving digital landscape, and can translate complexity into simplicity.

You will:

• Own and grow our digital offering portfolio for B2B customers.
• Turn market insights and customer feedback into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate across teams and with external partners to ensure every solution meets real customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop digital offerings that deliver measurable value to customers.
• Create and communicate a clear, customer-focused strategy for enterprise digital solutions.
• Manage the roadmap and release plans to ensure timely delivery of offerings that meet market demands.
• Champion the voice of the customer, integrate feedback and research into every stage of development.
• Inspire and lead a team of professionals, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Track and act on KPIs to ensure offerings deliver customer and business impact.
• Oversee financials, contracts, and procurement for external services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Manage BA Enterprise IT and associated costs.
• Actively contribute as a member of DCO LT and Enterprise Customers LT.

About You

To succeed in this role, you are a customer advocate and visionary leader who knows how to turn ideas into revenue.

• Education: A Master’s degree in technology, business, or a related field.
• Experience: Senior leadership experience with proven success in delivering revenue from digital products and services.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B business models, processes, and customer needs, with the ability to translate them into innovative offerings.
• Skills: Strong strategic and analytical skills to turn insights into action, combined with exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Mindset: A results-driven mindset focused on customer success and business growth, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluent in English is a requirement. Swedish or another Nordic language is a merit.
