Travel Percentage: NegligibleThe Director, Digital & Data Strategy is the strategic leader responsible for digital strategy, web governance, AI enablement, and digital experience performance.
The Director leads the strategy, governance, optimization, and evolution of PCMA's digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for translating organizational goals into scalable digital experiences that support membership growth, event registrations, education participation, audience engagement, and revenue generation.
Serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, the Director oversees digital strategy, website governance, marketing technology alignment, audience strategy, AI adoption, and digital performance measurement.
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Director partners closely with Marketing, Content, Membership, Events, Education, IT, and external vendors to ensure PCMA's digital experiences are user-centered, measurable, and continuously improving.

QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or digital strategy.
- Experience leading digital initiatives and marketing technology platforms.
- Experience working with data analytics and marketing performance measurement.
- Experience in associations, events, membership organizations, or B2B marketing environments preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time in performing the work.
- Ability to grasp objects utilizing the fingers (fine motor manipulation).
- Ability to travel by air or ground transportation as required in performing the work.
- Ability to lift to 15 pounds.
