EEI employees are required to work in office Monday-Thursday and have the option to work remotely on Fridays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECTOR, DIGITAL CONTENT:
The Director, Digital Content is responsible for elevating EEI’s visual presence across digital and social media platforms by developing high-impact creative content that drives audience engagement, grows digital reach, and advances EEI’s communications objectives. Reporting to the Managing Director, Creative Strategy, this individual will collaborate closely with EEI’s communications and creative services teams to ensure creative output is visually compelling, on-brand, and on-message. This is a role for a creative leader who thinks in content, understands what makes audiences stop scrolling, and brings a modern, digitally native sensibility to a mission-driven organization.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role at the Director level is $130,000-$175,000. If hired at the Senior Director role, the salary range is $160,000-210,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. The role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
