We are searching for a Director, Project Development to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of large-scale industrial green hydrogen projects from conception through Final Investment Decision (FID), deploying Electric Hydrogen's HYPRPlant technology.
This is a senior individual contributor role requiring a driven, commercially minded leader with a passion for industrial decarbonization. You will build and advance a pipeline of investable green hydrogen and e-Fuel projects across the United States, leading all development activities from site identification and customer origination through permitting, offtake contracting, renewable power procurement, financing, and other critical milestones required to reach FID.
You will serve as the primary development lead for projects within your portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams comprised of internal subject matter experts and external partners to successfully advance projects through development. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, project development expertise, and a demonstrated track record of bringing complex energy or industrial projects to financial close or FID.
