Base Salary:

$127,485
to $164,450 annually DOE


Bonus:

Target

Job Summary


This position is based in our Kirkland, WA office.


The Director of Demand Generation leads the strategy and
execution of data-driven marketing programs that fuel Ziply Fiber’s residential
growth across all sales channels, including e-commerce, call center, and direct
sales. This role oversees a team responsible for inbound and outbound
campaigns—spanning paid media, direct mail, retargeting, outbound calling, and
local events—focused on lead nurturing, customer acquisition, and revenue
growth. With a sharp focus on cost per gross addition (CPGA) and Net Promoter
Score (NPS), the Director collaborates cross-functionally with Brand, Product,
Sales, and Customer Experience to align efforts and accelerate impact. This is
a high-visibility role for a results-oriented marketer passionate about turning
insights into strategy at a fast-growing brand.

Team Leadership & Culture

Lead and manage a team of demand generation
professionals, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship to support team
development and performance.

Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making
across the Demand Generation Marketing team.


Demand Generation Strategy, P&L Ownership & Budget Management


·

Own and drive Ziply Fiber’s demand generation
marketing strategies, campaigns, and P&L with accountability for sales,
revenue per customer, cost per sale and sales NPS online and offline channels


·

Manage and optimize the demand generation
budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across paid and organic
channels to maximize ROI and sales impact.


Data, Insights & Performance Reporting


·

Analyze cross-platform data, customer behavior
and customer sales journeys to improve the sales/acquisition experience,
proactively identify strategic opportunities and to inform the prioritization
of impactful initiatives that accelerate growth.


·

Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence
to ensure the development of robust and insightful reporting that meets the
evolving strategic needs of the Marketing organization.


·

Drive cross team alignment thru regular
reporting on funnel health, marketing-sourced sales and activations and overall
demand generation performance.


Go-to-Market Alignment, Partnerships & Sales Channel Optimization


·

Oversee go-to-market plans for products, product
updates and promotions to ensure marketing, sales and support are aligned,
trained and providing a consistent prospect and customer experience.


·

Collaborate with other teams on
location-specific sales events, partnerships, and channel tactics to drive
awareness and sales.


·

Partner with the sales teams to optimize lead
generation efforts and improve conversion rates for both inbound and outbound
call sales as well as with the door-to-door sales channel.


Other Duties

Performs

Required Qualifications:


·

Bachelor’s degree required.


·

Minimum of seven (7) years in demand or lead
generation marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable
results.


·

Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing
and developing high-performing marketing teams.


·

Deep
understanding of online and offline demand generation best practices, industry
trends, ecommerce,

digital marketing tools, paid media, tracking
standards, attribution methods

and
marketing operations in B2C and B2B environments.


·

A
growth and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for testing, iterating, and
scaling successful marketing programs.


·

Intellectually
curious and never satisfied with “the way things are” today.


·

Strong
team management experience, with demonstrated leadership, mentoring and
coaching skills.


·

Exceptional
results-driven strategic thinking capabilities with a proven ability to dissect
complex problems and drive insightful, data-backed solutions.


·

Strong data analysis skills

with experience in lead forecasting,
reporting, and campaign analysis


·

Bias
for action and ability to proactively achieve goals with optimistic energy and tenacity.

Excellent
communicator, comfortable

speaking to executives about performance and
results


·

Strong project management skills with proven
ability to manage and prioritize competing timelines.


·

Experience working with highly motivated sales,
marketing, business intelligence, product and CX teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree.


·

Subscription or recurring revenue business
experience, such as Telecom.
