Lead the engine room of enterprise delivery!
At Westpac, we’re delivering one of the most significant technology transformations in our history. At the heart of this sits UNITE’s shared integration testing environment — a single, high‑stakes platform enabling multiple large-scale programs to test, integrate and deploy safely.
We’re looking for a hands-on Program Director to own and operate this environment at scale — someone who has already led large, complex enterprise testing transformations and knows what it takes to drive outcomes in high‑pressure, multi‑program ecosystems.
This is not a coordination role. It’s a leadership position with real authority and impact
You’ll be accountable for ensuring up to 10+ concurrent technology programs can test safely and efficiently in a shared, high‑contention enterprise environment — balancing competing priorities, managing risk, and protecting delivery timelines at scale.
You’ll shape how enterprise testing is delivered — defining governance, setting standards, and embedding operating rhythms that will last long after the program ends.
What you’ll do
Own the testing environment at enterprise scale
Operate at executive altitude
Design and embed scalable operating models
We’re looking for proven, hands-on operators — leaders who have done this before and know how to execute in complex enterprise environments.
