Implementación de estrategias para optimizar las ventas y la operación
Gestión adecuada del capital humano
Dirigir, supervisar y controlar los estándares de calidad y protocolos internos.
Retroalimentar a sus gerentes para el logro de objetivos y metas institucionales
Generar sentido de pertenencia
Dirigir los objetivos de todo el personal hacia una misma dirección
Controlar la disciplina y cumplimiento de normas y reglas internas
