Job Description

This is a hybrid position based at our beautiful corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position operates at the intersection of business strategy, data, and execution, requiring strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and solution development capabilities in complex and evolving environments.
  • Partner directly with operational and business leaders to identify business challenges, clarify decision-making needs, and define desired business outcomes.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured, actionable data and analytics solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including problem definition, solution design, development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and deliver intuitive, actionable analytics products, dashboards, tools, and workflows that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive adoption of data products by embedding analytics into day-to-day business processes and decision workflows.
  • Define, monitor, and evaluate product success metrics, including user adoption, behavioral changes, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.
  • Continuously assess product performance to enhance, automate, iterate, or sunset solutions based on business value and real-world effectiveness.
  • Establish and reinforce consistent data definitions, metrics, standards, and governance practices across analytics products and reporting solutions.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to align on trusted data sources and scalable, repeatable analytics processes.
  • Contribute directly to solution development while providing leadership, guidance, and operational direction on data product strategy and execution.
  • Support, mentor, and develop team members while promoting strong product thinking, quality standards, and execution excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles.
  • Experience building and delivering analytics or data products in a business environment.
  • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders (operations, finance, etc.)
  • Solid foundation in BI/analytics tools (platform-agnostic mindset).
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, operational environments preferred.

LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATION(S)

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Strong ability to translate business problems into practical, actionable data solutions
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and figuring things out without a defined playbook 
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and data modeling concepts and exposure to advanced analytics or AI use cases in a business setting preferred.
