The Director of Data Integration & Analytics provides operational oversight for enterprise data, analytics, and evaluation across The Centers’ multi-service platform. Under the direction of the Vice President of Quality and Data Integration, this role collaborates with key stakeholders to support a unified data environment and advance the organization’s analytic maturity. The Director leads a team of data analysts and specialists and fosters data-informed decision-making by developing, optimizing, and operationalizing best practices for data collection, analysis, and dissemination through structured reports and dashboards that support organizational priorities, value-based outcomes, and community impact.
As a key member of the data and quality leadership team, the Director collaborates with the Director of Quality Improvement and other leaders to support organizational priorities related to quality and process improvement, program evaluation, program fidelity, accreditation reporting requirements, and the development of financial, process, and patient/client outcome measures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Collaborates with the Vice President of Quality and Data Integration to develop and implement a data analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals, mission, and value-based priorities.
· Guides quality, data, and program staff in developing SMART goals and key performance indicators that support grant applications, accreditation, program fidelity, operational performance, financial performance, and quality initiatives.
· Establishes and maintains consistent data definitions, standards, and methodologies across the organization.
· Partners with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate technology and analytic tools that support predictive, prescriptive, and impact analytics for strategic planning, population health, and performance improvement.
· Designs and supports evaluation frameworks that link inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact.
· Manages the daily work of a team responsible for translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
· Assigns and monitors team workload, including data and project requests, to ensure priorities are addressed efficiently.
· Participates in enterprise data governance activities, including data quality, stewardship, access, and ethical use.
· Ensures compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security standards related to data use, reporting, and analytics.
· Oversees the development of dashboards, scorecards, and reports that promote accountability, performance, and informed decision-making.
· Ensures analytics outputs are accessible, accurate, unbiased, and appropriate for varied audiences.
· Builds organizational capacity for data use by promoting data literacy, coaching staff, and supporting analytic maturity across departments.
· Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making.
· Oversees monitoring reviews and works with program leadership to support preparation for and response to external audits.
· Identifies and communicates system vulnerabilities and organizational risk points to appropriate executive and program leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities
· Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and specialists including hiring, coaching, performance management, and capability development

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, public health, health informatics, data science, or a related field.
· At least five years of progressive experience in analytics, evaluation, data integration, or data leadership.
· Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing staff performance, workload, and development.
· Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, or other analytics tools to support operational and strategic decision-making.
· Knowledge of data governance, data quality, performance measurement, and evaluation methodologies.
· Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences.
Preferred
· Master’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, data science, informatics, or a related field.
· Experience in FQHCs, integrated healthcare, or other multi-service organizations.
· Familiarity with UDS, HEDIS, value-based care metrics, or outcomes-based funding models.
· Experience with Epic reporting tools, ETL pipelines, data architecture, or business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
· Experience supporting performance-driven contracts, program evaluation, or accreditation reporting requirements.
· Experience partnering with Finance, HR, IT, and operational leaders on cross-functional data initiatives.
Skills:
· Ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
· Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, performance measurement, and evaluation methodologies.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
· Strong project management, collaboration, and organizational skills in a multi-priority environment.
