How will you make an impact in this role?

This Director role will lead a global team of high-performing colleagues responsible for identifying relevant data, transforming information into meaningful insights, and developing critical metrics and reporting suites. The team will deliver actionable insights to operational business partners to enhance effectiveness and optimize efficiency.

The role will primarily support two core risk operational areas: Global New Accounts Operations and Global Fraud. The Director will drive strategic initiatives focused on increasing automation, improving customer experience, and preventing losses for both cardmembers and the company, while leveraging advanced technologies to modernize and transform the business.

This leader will ensure robust MIS (Management Information Systems) are in place to enable effective management oversight, reduce complexity, and minimize unexpected issues. The role also requires strong leadership in assessment, change management, and integration within evolving technology environments, with a clear focus on identifying, acknowledging, and mitigating risks across systems and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Detailed orientated
  • Proven strategic thought leadership
  • Relevant experience in the data and analytics domain
  • Experience working on large scale enterprise projects
  • Strong knowledge of various data infrastructure, programming languages, and Business Intelligence platforms
  • Highly collaborative with multiple business partners in a complex and dynamics environment
  • Experience managing partners/stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Strong project management skills, communication, and conflict management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Machine learning and NLP skillset
  • Risk operation background
  • Proven track record of driving results under ambiguous situation

Minimum Qualifications

Salary Range: $144,250.00 to $256,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
