  • Frameworks: Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, and sectorspecific guidance.

  • Security operations capability: Strong appreciation of how SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, case management, and response tooling can be applied to improve detection, response, governance, and operational maturity.

  • Regulation: Understanding of regulatory landscapes such as GDPR, NIS2, DORA, PCIDSS, or equivalents.

  • AI & automation strategy: Ability to identify where AI, automation, and agentic workflows can create value in cyber advisory delivery, including assessing suitability, risks, controls, operating impacts, and implementation pathways.

  • LLM and RAG literacy: Practical understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, orchestration concepts, document ingestion, vector stores, grounding, and RAG patterns, with the ability to guide design choices and challenge technical approaches.

  • Responsible AI: Familiarity with responsible AI principles, prompt engineering best practices, and LLM security considerations.

  • Platform understanding: Familiarity with enterprise security, identity, endpoint, cloud, data protection, workflow automation, and modern cloud data platforms, including how these capabilities can be used to support cyber resilience and AIenabled delivery.

  • Technology leadership: Sufficient technical depth to shape solution requirements, review technical options, oversee implementation teams, and make informed tradeoffs, without needing to be the primary handson developer or engineer.

  • Consulting & leadership:Strong communication skills, proven client management, business development capability, and experience mentoring and directing junior technical and advisory team members.

Why Join Us
