The Director, Culture and Employee Experience will shape and advance CSC’s enterprise culture agenda, ensuring our purpose, mission, values, and leadership expectations are reflected in how we lead, make decisions, communicate, and work together. This role partners closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, HR, and business leaders to turn colleague insights and organizational priorities into focused actions that strengthen alignment, accountability, engagement, inclusion, recognition, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute CSC’s global culture strategy in alignment with enterprise priorities, values, and operating principles.
  • Translate culture priorities into clear leadership behaviors, decision-making practices, colleague expectations, and people processes.

Employee Experience and Culture Activation

  • Give oversight to enterprise initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, belonging, recognition, retention, and the colleague experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to embed culture expectations into hiring, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, recognition, rewards, communications, and succession planning.
  • Strengthen new-hire and leader understanding of CSC’s mission, values, communication norms, and expectations for success.
  • Recognize and amplify individuals, teams, and leaders who demonstrate CSC’s culture and values in action.

Insights, Measurement, and Accountability

  • Lead colleague listening, culture, and organizational effectiveness assessments; translate insights into focused priorities and action plans.
  • Define and track measures of culture health, engagement, leadership effectiveness, value alignment, and employee experience.
  • Report trends, risks, recommendations, commitments, and progress to senior leaders with clear ownership and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Leadership, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading culture, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, leadership development, change, HR, communications, or related work.
  • Demonstrated success influencing executives and senior leaders, shaping enterprise priorities, and moving complex work through a global organization.
  • Deep expertise in culture activation, leadership behavior change, colleague listening, engagement, communication, and change leadership.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting, storytelling, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to use data and insights to clarify priorities, measure progress, strengthen accountability, and improve outcomes.
